Tippi Hedren, renowned for her compassion and commitment to humanitarian efforts, served as an international relief coordinator at Food for the Hungry.
During her time at Food for the Hungry, Tippi recognized the potential for transformation and empowerment within the Vietnamese community. She understood that by equipping individuals with valuable skills, she could help them rebuild their lives and create a brighter future. It was during this period that a serendipitous idea emerged—an idea that would forever change the landscape of the nail industry.

Tippi brought her own personal manicurist to teach a group of 20 Vietnamese women about the art of manicures and pedicures. With her guidance and support, these aspiring entrepreneurs not only learned the techniques of nail care but also became properly licensed professionals. Tippi's dedication and passion for their success helped them find gainful employment in Southern California.
